Refunds are accepted only for items that are defective. The item MUST be returned to the seller before a new order can be processed.
Any cancellations MUST be done within 1 business day. If the order is shipped before the cancellation time, the order MUST be returned to seller in its NEW & ORIGINAL condition before a refund can be issued. Any damaged returns will receive only a PARTIAL refund, and shipping will not be refunded.
